General Monthly Fees
Alicia’s Convalescent Homes offer three levels of care:

- Assisted Living: For people who can do everything by themselves but occasionally need a little help.

- Intermediate Care: For individuals with disabilities but who are mentally intact.

- Full Care or Nursing Home: For residents with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

Fees range between $1,200 - $1,600 USD per month, depending on the level of care required.

Cooking and Meals
Meals are provided as part of the fees and are customized to each resident’s dietary needs.
Groceries and cooking services are included.

- Living Room: At La Floresta #7, the living areas are designed to be wheelchair-accessible, providing comfort for all.

- Resting Areas: The homes feature cozy resting spaces, including a functional fireplace for greater comfort in La Floresta #7.

Elder Adults Care

- La Floresta #57: A beautiful home within the complex, tailored for elder care.

- Other Homes: All homes are properly redesigned to support elderly care with the necessary facilities, including kitchens and laundry services.

Facilities Overview

- Paseo del Lago #7: Alicia’s primary home, also part of the complex, ensuring personal attention and care to all residents.

- Paseo del Lago #57: A secured facility designed for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, featuring a large wrap-around porch and pool.

- Juan Alvarez #56: A spacious Mexican-style home, decorated with colorful art and designed for comfort.

- Paseo de la Huerta: Another home within the complex, fully equipped for elderly care.

- Paseo del Lago #23, La Canacinta: Another of our lovely homes designed for group living.

All homes are situated in La Floresta, a calm, clean area of Ajijic, Jalisco, offering wide streets and green spaces, far from the bustle of the town center.

About Lake Chapala & Ajijic
Lake Chapala is the largest natural lake in Mexico, located just 75 kilometers (50 miles) from east to west, with a maximum north-south width of about 20 kilometers. Despite its size, it remains quite shallow with an average depth of 4 meters (13 feet).

Ajijic, a picturesque village overlooking the lake, is known for its international community of artists and writers. It hosts over 20,000 North American residents and is a popular destination for retirees from the U.S. and Canada due to its fantastic weather, low cost of living, and scenic beauty.
