Day 1 – Mexico City
Upon arrival at Mexico City International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel located downtown near the iconic Zócalo Square. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure to explore the surrounding area.
Day 2 – Mexico City – Teotihuacan – Guadalupe Shrine – City Tour
Start the day with a visit to Teotihuacan, the ancient "City of the Gods," known for its massive Sun and Moon pyramids. Continue to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Latin America. In the afternoon, explore Mexico City’s historic center, including the Zócalo, National Palace, and Metropolitan Cathedral.
Day 3 – Mexico City – Taxco – Puebla
After breakfast, depart to the colonial town of Taxco, also known as the Silver City, renowned for its silver jewelry and mining history. Continue on to Puebla for accommodations and a free evening to explore.
Day 4 – Puebla – Cholula – Oaxaca
Begin the day with a city tour of Puebla and nearby Cholula, home to the Great Pyramid and the beautiful Church of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios. Discover Puebla's stunning colonial architecture and Talavera-tiled facades. Then head to Oaxaca for overnight stay.
Day 5 – Monte Albán – Mitla – Oaxaca City Tour
Explore the majestic ruins of Monte Albán, the ancient Zapotec capital perched on a mountaintop. Visit Mitla, a ceremonial center with intricate stone mosaics. Return to Oaxaca to explore the historic center, including Santo Domingo Church, the Cathedral, and the Gold Museum.
Day 6 – Oaxaca – Tuxtla Gutiérrez – Sumidero Canyon – San Cristóbal de las Casas
Take a domestic flight to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat tour through the Sumidero Canyon, followed by a visit to Chapa de Corzo, a charming town rich in Mayan heritage. Continue to San Cristóbal de las Casas for overnight stay.
Day 7 – San Cristóbal – Zinacantán & Chamula – San Cristóbal
After breakfast, take a city tour of San Cristóbal, including the local market and Santo Domingo Church. Later, visit the indigenous communities of Zinacantán and San Juan Chamula to witness traditional Mayan customs and beliefs.
Day 8 – San Cristóbal – Agua Azul Falls – Palenque
Depart early for the stunning Agua Azul waterfalls, where you’ll have time to explore or swim. Then, continue to Palenque, a charming town at the edge of the rainforest. Check in and enjoy your free evening.
Day 9 – Palenque – Campeche
Explore the Palenque archaeological site, a jewel of Maya architecture surrounded by jungle. Later, head to the colonial city of Campeche, where you’ll stay in a centrally located hotel.
Day 10 – Campeche – Uxmal – Mérida
After breakfast, take a city tour of Campeche, visiting its historic fortresses and colonial architecture. Continue to the majestic site of Uxmal, known for its Puuc-style architecture. Proceed to Mérida, the vibrant capital of Yucatán, for overnight stay.
Day 11 – Mérida – Chichén Itzá – Playa del Carmen
On your final day, visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World: Chichén Itzá, with its iconic El Castillo pyramid and sacred cenote. Stop in Valladolid for a quick tour, then transfer to Playa del Carmen. End of services.
