Cancellation Policy

📝 Cancellation Policy

At Nour El Mundus, operated by Reforma Capitals, SAPI de CV (“we,” “our,” “us”), we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as clear, fair, and simple as possible.


1. General Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 10 days before the service start date.
After 24 hours, cancellation policies may vary depending on the airline, hotel, or any other trip/service provider. We will always try our best to protect our clients interest, but it may be the case that we only get partial refund, credit for another trip or even money loss if cancellation was submitted.


2. Flights

  • Each airline has its own cancellation rules and fees.

  • Non-refundable tickets may not qualify for a refund but could be eligible for travel credit or rebooking (subject to airline policy).

  • Refundable tickets will be refunded according to the airline’s terms and conditions.


3. Hotels & Accommodations

Most hotels allow free cancellation up to a certain period before check-in (typically at least 1 week). However since we offer unique packages, cancellations need to be done at least 30 days before the service start date to get full refund. For cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the service start date, then we will provide credit for another trip to
compensate. And for cancellations in less than 15 days before the service start date, then the client would lose the full amount of the service price.


4. Tours, Excursions & Packages

  • Tours and packages often have stricter cancellation rules.

  • Cancellations need to be done at least 60 days before the service start date to get full refund. For cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before the service start date, then we will provide credit for another trip to compensate. And for cancellations in less than 30 days before the service start date, then the client would lose the full amount of the trip price.


5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
